The Year 1/2 children became Technology Detectives! We began by exploring a mystery bag containing a mixture of objects. Working together, the children investigated each item and decided whether it was technology or not technology, explaining their reasoning.
We then became technology detectives around our classroom and school. Using iPads, the children worked in pairs to search for examples of technology in their environment and took photographs of the items they discovered. This encouraged the children to recognise that technology can be found all around us and helped them to identify the different ways technology is used in everyday life.
