Today we have been celebrating Rotherham Day! We have done lots of different activities including looking at a Power Point about Rotherham, children were able to identify some of the familiar places they have visited in Rotherham and used some really good language to describe them. We decorated some football shirts using red and white tissue paper to celebrate our home team Rotherham United and even went on a special bus ride, where we stopped off at different places in Rotherham and ended at the New York Stadium. To show our love of Rotherham, we also did fingerprints in red paint in the shape of a heart, the children had so much fun!
