Our class have immersed themselves with all areas of our topic so far. Today we looked at sewing, a key job for many girls and women during the Victorian period. Children showed resilience in developing their skills when using a running stitch and a back stitch. Well done to all our children- the most confident children and the ones who persevered through as challenge.
