This week in Art, the children have been exploring how to create different lines and shades. They practised varying the pressure they applied to their pencils to create lighter, softer lines and stronger, darker marks.
The children then used the skills they had developed to create their own artwork, carefully experimenting with line, pressure and shade to achieve their desired effects.
