In a special one-off contemporary dance lesson, pupils tumbled down the rabbit hole to explore expressive movement inspired by the quirky character of The Hatter from Alice in Wonderland alongside the dynamic, athletic style of Joss Arnott Dance. Centered around a frosty winter theme, students translated changing weather patterns and animal motifs into unique movement phrases across low floorwork, mid-level crouches, and high-reaching jumps. Working both individually on solo actions and together in small groups, our dancers choreographed aspects and performed their own winter-inspired routines.
