Today in Reception we enjoyed learning all about our Town Rotherham and why it is special to us. We shared familiar spots in and around Rotherham that the children are familiar with . We started at Greasbrough park moving through to Greasbrough dam , Clifton park, the Arc cinema and finally New York stadium. We shared special memories and events that the children can recall.
The children also had the opportunity to create their own Rotherham football shirts and we created a whole EYFS loves Rotherham poster using red finger prints to create a large poster. We love our town Rotherham !
