Children in Y3 had a fantastic afternoon in forest school today learning all about the village of Eyam before it was affected by the plague. We looked at what daily life would be like, learning about different job roles and what houses in the village would have been like.
The children used what they had learnt to create a map outdoors using natural resources, labelling the different places and walking us through their maps to explain the different aspects.
