Special Mentions Assemblies:
Every Friday we celebrate our children’s successes through our special mentions assembly,
We share
- Headteachers Award presented to a child weekly,
- Our cube of excellence winners – highest dojo points over the week,
- Staff star of the week is presented and shared,
- Golden Leaves are given to children who have stood out in the classroom and shared on our golden wall,
- We share learning from the week and any achievements both at home and out of school,
- Attendance is celebrated with the highest class attendance weekly working towards winning the celebration breakfast for their class,
- Weekly reward for a 100% attendance child using a wheel of names,
- House points are shared, weekly team winner and overall winner, working towards the House Treat at the end of the school year,
- Book in box winners – sharing a story with their families,
- Tidiest classroom awards are given,
- Respect awards chosen by our Year 6 corridor monitors,
- Kindness awards are chosen by our Year 6 children for staff and pupils
