We have been thinking about how to keep our town Rotherham looking beautiful and how we can care for it.

We read the story Dinosaurs and all that rubbish and we had a chat in P4C about if the dinosaurs came to Rotherham, would they be happy with how it is right now? We used Larry the listening leprechaun to have a discussion.

The children came up with some wonderful ideas and thought that we were lucky in Rotherham to have some lovely houses, parks and green spaces but in contrast the children said they had spotted rubbish around on the floor and seen some areas not being cared for.

We are going to be looking more closely at these ideas next week.
