Linked to our text – Hansel and Gretel we did a little investigation , thinking about different sources of light and where we can find light.

In order to help Hansel  and Gretel light their way to their house, we used torches 🔦 as a light source to make our way through school. Finding a trail of counters along the way.

We discussed if we needed to use a torch in certain places and what happened to the light in different areas around school.

We found out that in darker places the torch shone brighter and when we were outdoors we didn’t need torches on.
