In 1/2B we have started learning about castles as part of our new topic – Towers, Tunnels and Turrets. We learnt about why castles were built, where, when and who lived in them. The children absolutely loved it! We then did some role play, where a historian travelled back in time to talk to a noble person and ask them questions all about castles!
