‏6B had a fantastic practical workshop today with Jess and Sandra from the Royal Ballet and Opera. Jess spoke about her job as a set and costume designer and her role within the company. We then looked at our topic of WW2 and applied costume design to the era of the 1940s, whilst exploring ideas of make do and mend and the back stories the people who might wear them have.
