This week in Reception we have been learning all about Chinese or Luna Mew Year.

We have shared the text “I love Chinese New year ” learnt a number of facts including what the lucky colour is, food eaten together with family and friends.

Enjoyed role play in our home corner , sharing and food ttasting noodles, rice, prawn crackers and spring roles.

We have enjoyed lots of arts and crafts and independent learning.

We are looking forward to our Chinese dragon dance workshop later in the week.
