This week our question to investigate was – Can you move a paper clip without touching it?. The children came up with lots of ideas including: using tools, blowing on them and using magnets.

We investigated with magnets to see how attraction can make the paperclip move towards the magnet. We also then applied this to our science learning on separating materials.
