During Science Week, we have been learning about the different stages of the life cycle of a butterfly. The children immersed themselves in practical, hands-on learning using a range of physical resources. They created butterfly life cycle headbands and then made marks to represent the different stages of the cycle. While completing the activity, the children used their oracy skills to verbally explain the order of each stage in the life cycle.
