We had a special visit from the Nature Safari team. Julia brought into school some of her wonderful animals for us to handle and learn about. This included a skunk, tortoise, pygmy hedgehog, tarantula, bearded dragon, hissing cockroaches and a very lively chinchilla. Julia commented on how impressed she was by how respectful  all the children were around the animals; “they were all very caring and demonstrated excellent handling skills with every single one”.
